Closed on 2026-10-05: the developer holds it done. Since this issue was opened, the chain has run from a need to conformant in two places:
A trial on another project, one that installs the chain, was not run. What real use shows is for #12 to measure.
What was asked
Acceptance criterion 11 of the bootstrap plan asked for an end-to-end run of the chain, from specs to the conformant state, on a real feature of a real project.
The trial was deferred: it left the scope of the bootstrap plan, whose own end-to-end check stayed the run on a toy project (slice 13). The folder of that plan, docs/plans/2026-09-29-bootstrap/, is not in this repository, nor in its history.
