The protected branch currently requires quality, PR dependency scanning and Semgrep, so the aggregate security result can fail without blocking a merge. Require
Security scan summaryfrom GitHub Actions App 15368 alongside the existing three checks, preserving strict base checks and administrator enforcement. The summary already covers applicable OSV, CodeQL and Semgrep outcomes.Update the repository settings contract and its regression expectations. Rebased onto e898b6b; 104 focused workflow tests, formatting/design/types and diff checks passed at 7485795. Exact-head protected CI is pending.
The user approved applying the same four App-bound checks to live protection after the protected merge, followed by a disposable PR that keeps the original checks green and forces the summary to fail. That PR will be closed without merging after its blocked state is verified.
