Review featured outcomes

• Make a plan for setting featured outcomes with a weekly frequency. Every weak has to has between 5-8 featured outcomes.
• If an outcome should not be marked as featured, please remove the attribute featured: from the list of meta-data in the outcome file respectively.
• If an outcome have to be marked as featured, please add the attribute featured : yes into the list of meta-data in the outcome file respectively.
• The featured outcomes will be displayed on the home page.
