Closing without merging: this only raises the boto3 floor to >=1.43.92, and the image we build already resolves boto3 1.43.94 from Odoo's own pins, so nothing installed changes. No security advisory is attached. The versioning-strategy decision that stops these floor-only PRs is tracked in #512.
