Significance

What do we know about the impacts of gerrymandering in this state, is it a high or low risk state?

This paper shows that it is impossible to draw districts in MA so that any Republican is elected to the US House of Representatives, so it is a very low risk state.

Massachusetts has several Regional Planning Agencies that provides GIS services to member communities. Each has a GIS director that could be helpful. Here is a list of RPAs.
