Special release behavior

This repository does not contain the openless.top website source. The change establishes the release-asset contract that the website can target; the website buttons still need to be pointed at these stable URLs by the website maintainers.

• Stable tag releases expose version-independent assets through releases/latest/download/....
• Beta releases must use the exact beta tag in releases/download/<tag>/...; GitHub's latest endpoint does not select prereleases.
• Tauri desktop and Android aliases are staged only for v*-tauri tag releases, not ordinary branch/manual builds.
• Linux remains administrator-attached by policy: the reusable workflow uploads openless-linux-egui-direct-download, and the release administrator must attach OpenLess_linux_x86_64.deb and OpenLess_linux_x86_64.rpm after acceptance.
• Original versioned artifacts are never replaced.
• The Intel macOS source bundle uses the build suffix _x64.dmg, while the updater architecture remains x86_64; the staging script maps those names explicitly.

• Targeted alias staging tests passed, including Intel macOS _x64.dmg regression coverage.
• Android and Linux workflow contract tests passed.

• Verify the aliases are the intended files, not merely HTTP redirects to a Release page, and that optional .sig aliases accompany signed assets.
• For a Beta Release, verify the corresponding exact-tag URLs, for example releases/download/<beta-tag>/OpenLess_android_arm64-v8a.apk; do not use releases/latest/download/... for Beta.
• Download the Linux direct-download artifact, attach its .deb and .rpm aliases after acceptance, and verify those asset URLs.
• Point the official website download buttons at the appropriate Stable or exact-tag Beta URLs and test a real browser download on each supported platform.
