Description:
Updates the assembly loader dependency for Revit 2021–2027 and adds the 2027.0.11 changelog entry.
How verified
Release.R21–R27 builds and CI pass.
The full suite on Revit 2025 passes: 146 passed, 0 failed, and 3 skipped by existing localization and isolated-session conditions.
ApplicationUiTests with DiagnosticSource 10.0.14 copied into the test output passes: 4 passed, 0 failed, and 0 skipped.
The HTML reports confirm every test outcome.
