• Description:
  Attempting to deploy chat-app via Nexlayer MCP repeatedly fails even though images are pushed and YAML validates successfully.

  Repro summary:

  1. Built and pushed fresh images:
     • registry.nexlayer.io/user_01kdnss9re3ack631zmxgpra36/chat-app-api:20260506-1728
     • registry.nexlayer.io/user_01kdnss9re3ack631zmxgpra36/chat-app-web:20260506-1728
  2. nexlayer_validate_yaml returns VALID (only warning about PGDATA auto-fix and preview URL).
  3. nexlayer_deploy fails consistently with:
     • MCP error -32602: Canceled: Canceled
  4. Retried deploy both with and without orgId (org_01KJE35DWK47H7MEWWA3T3VFBN) and got same error.
  5. nexlayer_check_deployment_status(applicationName=chat-app) returns:
     • Error: No environment found for deployment. Please ensure you have an active deployment.

  Additional context:

  • Credits available and access level appear normal.
  • This looks like deploy request cancellation server-side before environment creation.

  Please investigate why deploy requests are canceled despite valid config and available images.
