nexlayer_deploy consistently times out — no deployment created

Description:
Every call to nexlayer_deploy times out with "The operation timed out." error. The deployment never reaches the platform — subsequent calls to nexlayer_check_deployment_status return "No environment found for deployment."

Steps to reproduce:

1. Authenticate via mcp__nexlayer-mcp__authenticate — succeeds
2. Build and push both images to registry.nexlayer.io/user_01kdnss9re3ack631zmxgpra36/ — succeeds
3. Validate YAML via nexlayer_validate_yaml — returns VALID
4. Call nexlayer_deploy with the valid YAML — times out every time (tried 4 times)
5. nexlayer_check_deployment_status returns "No environment found"
