With NetLogo/NetLogo@8680481, it is now possible to use declare extensions in module. This updates
time-series.nlm, which is used by a couple models, to declare the extensions it uses. Right now, declaring extensions in modules is still optional, but I'm working on a PR to make extension primitives scoped per-module. Once that is merged, modules will be required to declare any extensions they use.
