Storage Interacts Strangely with Flux Points

Description of the bug:

"Unfortunately storage cells are a bit broken: I try to use flux networks to energy input/output, result is unable to get energy out of storage, which shows 100% full even with small (hundreds rf/t) input energy rate. Could you please check compatibility with Flux Networks plugs/points?"

Soooo it looks like it's able to pull billions of RF/t out of a basic generator with one cell. Interesting...
