How to upload Bulk Manifest supplied by Microchip for TNG chips?

I see you have a document for single device manifest upload (TrustnGO_guide_AWS_connect.pdf)
but I want to upload the bulk manifest supplied by Microchip when I purchased a batch of TNG chips to AWS

The format of the manifest you supply is similar to below (modified for security) json file - can you give an example
of what I need to do please ?

I have been through the Python scripts to upload the individual chip manifest and can probably modify that but could you clarify that the signing certificate is the same for all TNG devices. Currently the script wants me to read the Signer cert from "a chip" which seems silly when I just want to send a manifest (especially if there are 100 on the manifest).
Can you just supply the signer cert in the asset folder so I can just send with my manifest or have I missed something?
If the batch itself is signed with a unique cert - then maybe it should be supplied with the manifest !!
When we begin production - we will not have access to the ATECC608 chips as they would be sent direct to the manufacturer
