The Research PACS filed our mask on its own study row and showed it almost black: the mask kept the source StudyID and MR window. pr2mask already writes the same mask in labels/ with the StudyID and window used by fused and reports, so publish that series with our provenance tags. Our own mask is now the intermediate model_mask. - Remove the registered DICOM UID prefix; no published series used it. - REDCap instance 1 holds the original mask and instances are filled in order: UNet 2, DynUNet 3, 4 reserved, nnU-Net 5. Instance 1 is rejected. - The pr2mask UID seed is <version>_<model>_<tta|no-tta>. The report line drops the model, which the title already shows, and fused and vote map get the report title instead of the identity line. - Set CONTAINER_VERSION so pr2mask records the image in SoftwareVersions.
