help i can't even do /botwhitelist command

i did everything correctly BOT_TOKEN="some_really_long_sting_of_numbers_and_text_that_i_am_not_showing"
KAI_ENDPOINT=http://localhost:5001
ADMIN_NAME=plushbanshee

localhost:5001 runs well for kobold i can even get other devices to connect remotely on my server everything says its all good apart from missing a botsettings.json it says my bot is online on discord but it will not even notice the /botwhitelist what do i do please help

does your bot have the correct permissions to post in your server? does the admin name match your discord name?

yep everything is correct the admin name matches the username but not the nickname but i don't think that would effect it?...
the bot has full access to the server i thought i use a different bot so i switch to the other one that moderates the server and has full admin power and still no

Just to clarify, you did whitelist the bot's name pinged right?

/botwhitelist @your_bot_ping

no idea how its fixed but i turned on my pc today and tried again and it works now i must of had to restart my pc the bot works great now thanks :)
