Fixes the Bastion
github-actions-mutable-action-tagfindings (LIN-1028, SAST remediation project P-LIN-63).Each step
uses:now references a full commit SHA with the version in a trailing comment. Each SHA is the commit the existing tag points to today, so behaviour is unchanged.It also fixes the
uv-missing-dependency-cooldownfinding.exclude-newer = "2 weeks"was already set, but the rule reads[tool.uv]only up to the first[, anddefault-groups = ["dev", "test"]came first.exclude-newernow comes first; no setting changes.Checked with the upstream Semgrep rules: 0 findings after the change.
