Summary

Adds a Gisoo custom endpoint guide under the LibreChat YAML AI endpoints docs, following the layout of the NEAR AI Cloud guide (#668). Only the English page and the sidebar entry are added; translations are generated by the translate workflow.

The example uses:

• GISOO_API_KEY
• https://gisoo.pro/api/v1 (OpenAI-compatible Chat Completions)
• gpt-5-mini, claude-sonnet-5-5 and gemini-3.8-flash as the default models
• models.fetch: true so LibreChat can load the live model list from /api/v1/models

The page uses the generic Plug icon, so no new brand icon component is added.

Testing

• Confirmed with curl https://gisoo.pro/api/v1/models that the three default model ids exist (681 models listed at the time of writing) and that https://gisoo.pro/docs/models resolves.
• prettier --check on the new page and meta.json passes with the repo config. A full pnpm build was not run.
• Not run against the live API with a LibreChat instance.
