Why do some extensions come back with Access Denied

For a number of extensions I get this. I can download the vsix files and they work and I can install these extensions from vscode connecting to the normal marketplace. Is anyone else experiencing this?

That's a good question.

How often does this happen? Does it continually occur for the same extension? I wonder if the version has been yanked, or is super new? It seems weird that it's an access denied error, but the only reason you're fetching it is because it's in a manifest,

It happens every time and on the same extensions. Is this not happening for others? If others enter this URL into their browser, do they see the same message: http://ms-python.gallerycdn.vsassets.io/ ?? Any extensions that failed, I just manually downloaded and put them under a "downloaded_extensions" directory under the artifacts. That way at least other can directory to the off-line server and download the extensions. I agree this seems odd, but if others are not experiencing it, perhaps it is because I am running from the company network???
