准备首个预览版本 1.2.0-beta.1：同步产品版本、lockfile，并加入中文功能、修复、兼容性、已知问题和平台状态说明。
依赖 #1 的发布流程改造。当前以该功能分支为基线，仅展示三个版本文件；#1 合并后需要将此 PR 基线改为 master，再审查合并。不要先合入功能分支。
本地 release:verify 与 6 个发布门槛测试通过，并已构建和启动 Windows 1.2.0-beta.1 安装目录。版本演练：https://github.com/LISTENAI/equalizer/actions/runs/36568718711 。Windows NSIS 安装/真实 1.1.4 升级保留工程与设置/卸载、macOS arm64 DMG、Linux AppImage/deb 安装启动测试通过，但上传全部被 Actions artifact 配额阻断；macOS x64 因账户付款/支出上限被阻止启动。需管理员恢复后重新完整演练。
实际试听和兼容设备参数读写/音频发送验收仍待取得结果。此 PR 不创建标签，不表示验收通过。
完成审查合并、master 检查通过后，已授权的发布执行者将自动创建 v1.2.0-beta.1 标签并跟踪草稿附件。真实验收记录齐全后自动发布 prerelease，不设为 Latest。
