Brings the fork up to date with upstream, which now carries our merged contributions (KafScale#149 storage read-after-ack, KafScale#150 nodeport, KafScale#151 etcd, KafScale#152 PSA, KafScale#153 anti-affinity, KafScale#157 proxy double-length-prefix) plus the maintainer's fixes (KafScale#156, KafScale#158/159, KafScale#160, KafScale#162, KafScale#165, KafScale#166, KafScale#167, KafScale#168). Conflict resolution: all conflicts were in examples/ (add/add) + .gitignore. Took upstream's versions , they are our example collection after a review pass that added Apache license headers (novatechflow/Scalytics). Fork-unique content (WritingOS agents/claims/docuflow/tasks, hack/) merged cleanly and is preserved. Core files took upstream verbatim (no core conflicts). Our readyz fetch-roundtrip gate (BUG-0026) is intentionally NOT in this merge; it lands next as a thin patch layer on top for the rc2 build.

Dependabot auto-paused version-update PRs after ~90 days without maintainer interaction (last Dependabot PR #108, merged 2026-02-24; the auto-merge cron was broken Feb-Jul and is now fixed). This trivial config comment re-triggers Dependabot update runs. No functional change.
