Summary

0.13.3 adds a way to save the Console install script and makes https:// URLs clickable in Console text (#935, #942).

• thirdshift console install --output <file> saves the script, replaces any existing file and prints a quoted sudo sh command to run after reading it. Without the flag, it still prints the script. Setup now suggests the save-and-read step (Save the Console install script with console install --output #935).
• Console URLs become links in the Inbox, History and Security pages, Command details, and Command and Session logs. Issue subjects link to their issues; only https:// URLs become links (Link URLs in the Console #942).
