Summary

0.12.2 clarifies thirdshift secure reporting when a failure occurs before an audit starts (#767).

• Failed GitHub gates or audit preparation now report pre-audit failed and Audit: not started, with a safe operational cause and a host/time route to stderr diagnostics. Confirmed GitHub quota exhaustion is identified; other GitHub failures use a generic dependency category. Private diagnostics stay on stderr, and Harness/Model choices are labelled as configuration before the audit starts (Report Security pre-audit failures without claiming an audit ran #767).

Also: improved site SEO, search discovery and link previews (#808); guide and manual sections fold closed by default, with mouse/keyboard controls and linked-content reveal (#809).
