Inspected head 7577a8839d65846d9a4a56e7ab45f744a697d402 against base 0c78a7e257dfaa3573b77581a39539e8a3a5da4c, including #101 scope, prior bot review, candidate skill/registration, inventory assertions and all changed projections. One concrete packaging-test blocker remains; no unconditional LGTM.
[P2] Update the total installed-catalog expectation along with the new owner. tests/check_installed.py:20 still requires len(knowledge_records()) == 108, although this PR adds one registered/generated knowledge record and already updates the narrower skill counts from 60 to 61. The clean installed-wheel job therefore deterministically fails before reaching any of the later package integrity checks; both Python 3.10 and 3.11 fail on this exact assertion (3.11 log, 3.10 log). Update the total expectation to the actual 109 records (or derive the exact expected set without weakening missing-record coverage), then rerun the installed-package checks. This is a test inventory regression, not evidence that the new skill failed to package.
The other 60 generated records have hash/provenance-only changes; the new procedure retains aggregation order, all contract-covered observations, comparison/quality separation and candidate/not_run limits. Full-check on both Python versions and current declaration compliance pass. Separate known prerequisite: Skill Eval plan succeeded but publish failed HTTP 403 and execution is intentionally skipped. That does not establish model efficacy or complete #101/#88, and fixing this count does not resolve the publisher/runtime/authorization prerequisites. No model/hardware run or workflow dispatch was performed by this review.
The built wheel contains one additional discovery record. A real wheel check reproduced the stale total of 108; expect all 109 installed knowledge records. Signed-off-by: GUOGUO <xwdong1998@163.com> Agent-assisted-by: Codex (OpenAI), model: gpt-6.1-sol, effort: xhigh

Incremental re-review of head 03d8a513a7cdc4a921b38dd8d5442555f887a0f7 against previously inspected 7577a8839d65846d9a4a56e7ab45f744a697d402; current base/main remains 0c78a7e257dfaa3573b77581a39539e8a3a5da4c.
The P2 installed-catalog blocker from review 5649793110 is fixed. LGTM for this scoped software correction. The entire commit delta is the single tests/check_installed.py:20 expectation change from 108 to 109. No skill, projection, grader, mapping, execution or budget code changed; the previous source review is retained rather than repeated.
Both complete clean-wheel runs now pass and explicitly report 109 source-grounded records available: Python 3.10, Python 3.11. Both full-check jobs in Ready run 40309420195 pass, as does current declaration compliance. No new actionable finding in this delta.
Outstanding prerequisite remains; this is not an unconditional merge-ready conclusion for the intended #101 live exercise. The new plan job succeeded, but its publisher still fails HTTP 403 (current log checked); authorization/reservation and execution were skipped. The PR correctly marks the old-head plan superseded. Keep publication/runtime readiness and separate exact-plan/budget authorization explicit; no model outcome, #101/#88 acceptance or all-CI-green claim follows from the wheel fix. A test-only head change still requires a newly bound plan, not reuse of an old approval.
Verification was delta/caller-contract inspection plus current remote CI/logs; no local test rerun, model/GPU experiment, installation, workflow dispatch, merge or issue action was performed.

Publication-blocker clearance at unchanged head 03d8a513a7cdc4a921b38dd8d5442555f887a0f7, PR base 0c78a7e257dfaa3573b77581a39539e8a3a5da4c: this supersedes only the HTTP403 prerequisite in review 5651033507.
Run 40463749819 uses merged trusted implementation 6b13cf00ccf2e98fcb3144eda69e2442bcb1d652; plan/publish succeeded and execute/reservation were skipped. The actual bot comment was read back with correct head/base bindings. See the bounded verification record.
Prior source/software-scope LGTM remains; unchanged diffs were not re-reviewed. The latest per-head declaration policy is successful; historical failed publisher runs are not rewritten. This is not unconditional merge readiness or #101 acceptance: the new result is PLANNED with missing_pair=1, not a real addition evaluation. Exact execution/model/budget authorization and remaining live-evaluation evidence are still separate prerequisites. No model/hardware tests were run by this review.

Integration-status update only at unchanged inspected head 03d8a513a7cdc4a921b38dd8d5442555f887a0f7 (PR API base snapshot 0c78a7e257dfaa3573b77581a39539e8a3a5da4c). Actual main is 38d5883b8e72e352865e214194cb22dc99253dbd; GitHub now reports mergeable=false / dirty. The prior source-scope review remains valid historical evidence, but is not current integration clearance.
Before merge, reconcile this branch with current main, preserve both accepted contributions, regenerate affected projections only where source-binding rules require it, and verify packaging plus applicable checks on the resulting head. No conflict-file attribution is made without a merge reproduction; no new content/feature requirement is introduced. This is not a new HTTP403 finding: shared publisher recovery was verified separately. No code execution, branch change, workflow dispatch or merge was performed by this review.
Preserve all accepted owners and the original candidate bytes, merge the registry, and reconcile current inventory and navigation counts. Regenerate projections separately after the integration base is frozen. Agent-assisted-by: Codex / gpt-6.1-sol [effort=max] (author) Signed-off-by: GUOGUO <xwdong1998@163.com>

LGTM for the existing source/software slice. Inspected integration delta 03d8a513a7cdc4a921b38dd8d5442555f887a0f7 → 671fef22e00b0ffbe8464f39d2515f34a05419c1, base 51fa1d31cc4a805490ddfe8055a36c81d70c4f08. The substantive skill content is byte-identical to the previously reviewed version; current-main reconciliation, inventory and regenerated projections preserve scope. No new actionable finding; prior conflict prerequisite is cleared.

Ready 40590068419 has all four full-check/installed-package jobs green. Exact-head knowledge-model-policy is successful; a cancelled job does not override that current status.
The new revision-bound Skill Eval plan is published but has not executed. Earlier real addition fix=1 evidence remains attached to the old head/plan; it is not relabeled as a new-head experiment. Source equivalence supports this integration review, not a new efficacy claim. Static delta/reader/test and remote CI inspection only; no PR execution, paid model calls or hardware tests. No issue acceptance or merge performed by this review.

Merge-wave integration prerequisite at inspected head #153 changed the same generated catalog provenance records. Integrate current main while preserving both contributions, then regenerate via the existing generator rather than choosing ours/theirs wholesale. Re-run applicable Ready/package checks on the resulting head. This is integration repair, not a new content or efficacy requirement. Existing green checks predate this combined state. flowchart LR

Live evaluation follow-up at 671fef2: run 40700386355 completed both arms with 5 provider requests. The frozen grader reports regression, but arithmetic and the other assertions pass: the candidate returns INCONCLUSIVE because equality handling is not explicit in min_reduction_pct: 20, following this skill's ambiguity instruction; the grader interprets minimum inclusively and expects PASS.
Before accepting this behavior, adjudicate whether the task contract's minimum already unambiguously specifies >= or the fixture needs an explicit operator. Preserve the current frozen result. Any prospective correction should cover below/equal/above threshold and use a newly identified exam/plan, not rewrite historical evidence. This one-case result supports targeted review, not a broad efficacy judgment or LGTM. Execution is now disabled after the bounded demonstration. Evidence: #215 (comment)

Add the candidate
audit-fixed-workload-claimprocedure for interpreting supplied fixed-workload performance reports. Preserve request/trial grouping, declared aggregation and threshold arithmetic, workload comparability, and separate quality/completion evidence. The original skill body and metadata remain byte-identical to original head03d8a513a7cdc4a921b38dd8d5442555f887a0f7; candidate / empiricalnot_runstatus is unchanged. The incoming sidecar already satisfies the current omit-reader-default contract, so no metadata normalization was needed.Source merge
f22c4f30c19b2fcebf76fd018a4231e09784fa9bretains both original head03d8a513a7cdc4a921b38dd8d5442555f887a0f7and frozen main51fa1d31cc4a805490ddfe8055a36c81d70c4f08as parents. It preserves all 64 accepted main owners and both matrices, adds this one common owner, and updates only the necessary registry, inventory and navigation counts. The resulting catalog contains 65 registered owners, 95 Skill documents and 113 knowledge records. Current head671fef22e00b0ffbe8464f39d2515f34a05419c1is the sole generated child of that source merge and changes exactly 66 generated files; product generator, evaluator, workflow and tests' acceptance rules are unchanged. One complete run of the unchanged native generator functions checked all 335 committed inputs against real Git paths and blob hashes, wrote the complete output set, and verified its bytes against that same render. The 64 inherited records differ only in source provenance and registry hash. The added record matches native skill metadata. A real current package bundle verified both owner resources and an exact-revision SKILL resource read. No second full render or stock CLI check is claimed. The earlier Windows CLI argument-length and WSL startup failures belong to the retained #121 host evidence; they were not retried here. Current-head Linux Ready checks and fresh independent review remain required before merge.
Historical preparation remains bound to its original revisions. The earlier proposed plan
30d41b2bd3413169400222ddb4bd04b477166c78d3a28bd895716040fb9196bccompared base0c78a7e257dfaa3573b77581a39539e8a3a5da4cwith old head03d8a513a7cdc4a921b38dd8d5442555f887a0f7. The public summary snapshot retained on 2026-10-27, with source run 40487687090, also described that old head and explicitly limited its fixed-output evidence to the pipeline, not skill efficacy. Existing frozen evidence and legacy snapshots are unchanged. The new head needs a newly bound automatic plan; old plans, approval and results are not rebound by this repair. No evaluation authorization, reservation, execution dispatch or model/device call was added. This source integration leaves the governing Issues' recorded acceptance and closure decisions unchanged. The material-author declaration retains the owner-declared historical Codex /
gpt-6.1-sol / xhighauthorship and adds this repair's actual Codex /gpt-6.1-sol / maxauthor. Review-only instances are recorded separately.
