This revert restores the governed knowledge pages to their content before
672810eb7dc920deb5f2afa2e449b768d4423c88. It is never merged automatically: merge it to dispose of the unrecorded change (auto-merge then resumes afterkb resume), or close it and decide otherwise. The reverted content has been queued as a new knowledge candidate and goes through the gate.
