Adds a
Require_coverage (Optional)section to the data-dependency page, alongsideRequiredandTrigger_job, and adds the field to the YAML structure block.The flag itself is added in IMAP-Science-Operations-Center/sds-data-manager#1657, where Jared asked for it to be documented on this page.
