Even though Lo has been operating in a single ESA mode (Hi-Res) till now and will continue to do so in the near future, this adds the ability to properly interpret the l/t in the map descriptor and filter the dependencies (and the ancillary rows) based on this descriptor (it was being ignored for the purposes of filtering input dependencies till now).
This will play a role in the soon-to-be-introduced correct handling of combined (across pivot angles) maps. These exist right now, but are not correctly handled in the code.
