This PR extends the initial work, "SDPi 1.0" (see PR #542 ), which was more focused on the significant structural adjustments, to update the content to be more complete and more cohesive. See the associated issues for the specific updates to be made in this pull request.

@PaulMartinsen - So I went ahead and started work on the Standalone SDPi 2.0 with this PR & branch that references the two 2.0 issues. ALSO I went ahead and updated the "SOMDS Dec Gateway" ... which was indeed in the ics-overview.adoc file.

In addition to the key items that are listed in the two referenced issues, there will be additional editorial changes that come along, and I'll use this branch to integrate those as well, especially since the 2.0 has "editorial clean-up" as one of its objectives.

@PaulMartinsen Per issue #574, could you add some initial "ROUGH" content to Export of Conformance Requirements; I will "pretty" it up with commentary but you have the last version of the content that you provided Mary Jungers for the profiles.IHE.net publication. So I'd like to start with a known SOURCE OF TRUTH ... @PaulMartinsen !

I can add this but it could take a couple of weeks; most of my spare time is going into context management for external control at the moment. Which .adoc file would you like this to go into?

@PaulMartinsen - group discussed whether or not to include #574 with this PR, and given the documentation of these folders in the new Forward section, it was agreed that it made sense.

NOTE: TBD if we also add #572 to this as well. This would add the content to the refactored referenced-artifacts folder
