Replace the pending-photo placeholder with eight selected edited photos from Hack the Hill III, served from the photo album’s existing R2 collection. The carousel preserves each photo’s framing, includes English/French captions and alt text, and links to the full attendee album.
Previous/next buttons and arrow keys support manual browsing. Automatic rotation runs every eight seconds while visible and loaded, pauses on hover/focus, and stops after manual navigation. Reduced-motion preferences disable automatic rotation. Removed or unavailable previews are skipped, including failures before hydration.
Validation: lint, typecheck, production build, and focused Chromium/Firefox checks covering navigation, rotation/pause, reduced motion, removal, bilingual copy, mobile layout, and the surrounding illustrated scene. The public preview allowlist is implemented in HacktheHill/photo-album#2; full-size downloads remain authenticated.
