Run traces now use a compact conversation layout with collapsible tools and structured context, replacing raw Reasoning cards with a thinking indicator. Only the latest reasoning event in a running, fully loaded trace animates; completed traces and reduced-motion users get a static indicator.
Adds light/dark styling, a safe Markdown subset and allowlisted XML-style context wrappers, and lightweight code/shell highlighting. Unknown markup is escaped, previews remain bounded, and rendering scans only newly appended events in O(n) time. Incremental ingestion, cursor pagination, timing, provenance, and refresh orchestration remain intact.
