My pip is indeed set up to be accessed by other programs through path. I actively use PIP almost daily so it not being set up properly would be detrimental to my work.

i'll see if i can push out a native linux build, since i also no longer use windows. i'll let you know how it goes when i'm able to resume work on this project :]

as for your "PIP" casing theory, any of your godot buddies are welcome to fork this and propose whatever changes

After doing some basic digging into the projects code I found that the error isn't due to pip being unavailable but actually it's because the installation of one of the dependencies for the python library you use is failing and causing the entire installation to fail. Your code then sees pip failed and just throws a generic "PIP is not installed" error without any more context.
