There are a few outstanding CLI pieces of functionality that are either not well tested or don't work nicely.

Subtasks:

• Directory handling from CLI requires relative directories right now. Improve by using Pathlib in implementations.
• User credentials don't properly set to or read from the proper files yet. Need to be fixed.
