Summary

npm rejected the 0.1.111 publish: sigstore provenance requires repository.url to match the GitHub repo https://github.com/Fusengine/harness (owner case-sensitive).
repository.url, homepage, bugs now use Fusengine.
Bump to 0.1.112; 0.1.111 was never published, 0.1.112 ships its content.
