IPv4 is still routed into the tunnel so nothing leaks around it, but the peer only accepts ::/0 plus the system's IPv4 DNS servers, so other IPv4 traffic is dropped. Health checks ping Cloudflare over IPv6 in this mode. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

IPv4 is routed into the tunnel and refused at once (TCP RST / ICMP unreachable); the tunnel gets an IPv6 default route and Cloudflare's IPv6 resolver so Windows hands out AAAA on IPv4-only networks.
