Update framework_lib to latest main. Needs new uefi. - Drop uefi-services and our uefi-rs fork, upstream uefi now has the ShellParameters protocol - Use the uefi::boot and uefi::runtime free functions instead of passing BootServices/SystemTable around - ResetType::Cold/Shutdown -> ResetType::COLD/SHUTDOWN - stall and TimerTrigger take a Duration - wait_for_key_event returns an owned Event, no unsafe_clone needed - Bump rust-version to 1.89, required by framework_lib Signed-off-by: Daniel Schaefer <dhs@frame.work>
