MegaLinter v10 removed MAKEFILE_CHECKMAKE and the entire MAKEFILE descriptor.

PyRecEst does not use a Makefile, so there is no replacement linter to configure. This PR removes the stale MAKEFILE_CHECKMAKE entry from DISABLE_LINTERS, eliminating the MegaLinter warning while preserving existing lint behavior.
