Blog

My blog where I ramble and educate and what not.

  • Discussions (comments, feedback, questions etc. etc.)
  • Issues (typos, inconsistencies etc. etc.)

NOTE: This mostly contains new stuff, important old stuff from my website will be imported at a later time.

Review Policy

If you want me to review your product, then that's great!
However, I do not take payments, referral deals, revenue sharing agreements etc. etc.
Additionally, I will not be a figure head for your product.
You are free to send extra goodies (like merch or candy or something) but this will not affect the outcome of the review.
All words in a review will be mine with the exception of potential correspondence.
You as the supplier will only see the review when it comes online, just like everyone else.

Review Sample Policy

If you wish to send me a product for review, please note the following:

  • No guarrantees: There is no guarrantee any posts or mentions of your product will be made on any of my outreach. I'll do my best wherever I can but if I am simply see no value then I'm simply not gonna bother.
  • Destruction: I often like to see the insides of things, so if it's not meant to be opened, things may get destructive.
  • One-way trip: Review samples will be kept by me or be put up in a giveaway. In rare circumstances (eg. prototypes) can we arrange a return but the costs of this will be for you and this will only happen if previously agreed upon.
  • The gamble: A review will be made of the product "as-is", so if it's broken or has a malfunction then that will make it into the review. You may get contacted about it, you may not. If it's a prototype of pre-production unit, then let me know before hand so I can take this into account.

LLM Usage Policy

I am not anti-LLM per se and as such, LLMs may be used as a side-kick while I write my posts.
However, it shall only be that, a side-kick.

  • Gathering information + sources ("a fancy Google").
  • Finding potentially better words (eg. synonyms).
  • Finding what certain words mean (dictionary).
  • Spellchecking.
  • Writing the text itself (at most a few copied words).
  • Creating diagrams.
  • Used as the "end-all be-all" source of truth.
