Wave 0 of SDK-PATCH-01: move this repository's ORDINARY .NET SDK pin from 10.0.401 to 10.0.403 (10.0.14 security band).

Refs FS-GG/.github#4935

Lines moved (classified ORDINARY)

File Line Change
global.json 3 version 10.0.401 → 10.0.403. rollForward: latestFeature and allowPrerelease: false are unchanged.

Hosted CI floats 10.0.x or reads global-json-file, so it already builds on 10.0.403. This change raises the floor, so a host with only 10.0.401 or 10.0.402 installed is refused. The explicit FSharp.Core pin in Directory.Packages.props stays at 10.1.401 (Root decision Q3), so no lock file changes.

Pins deliberately left unchanged

  • No FROZEN or FROZEN-RQ pins exist in this repository.
  • HISTORICAL: docs/roadmaps/v2-ordinary-adoption.md:45 is narrative and is not edited.
  • The setup-dotnet lines (10.0.x or global-json-file) already resolve 10.0.403 and need no change. The rollForward entries in .config/dotnet-tools.json are tool-manifest settings, not SDK policy.

Validation

With SDK 10.0.403 installed, dotnet --version resolves 10.0.403 from the repository root. Required CI exercises the build on the moved pin.
