PDL::Factor: need to give example of using it as a mask to slice

In https://github.com/zmughal-biblio/talk-tprc2023-toronto-numerical-computing-with-pdl, I needed to access the underlying PDL ndarray in order to create a mask for slicing. This should be more straightforward.
