Lock inputs.bend to 777ee0b, the rev whose flake names 2.0.34, and inputs.ez to current master, still following bend. argv drops the program name IO.args gives first. The runtime's help flag is --bend-help. The proof gate reads ALL PROOFS CHECK. Co-authored-by: noah-emp <noah@emerging-patterns.com>
