build: pin bend to the commit that packages 2.0.35 - #72

The flake pins bendlang/bend at 5a0b523, whose flake packages 2.0.35. The v2.0.35 tag still packages 2.0.34. ez follows this bend. README and SPEC name 2.0.35, and JSON-TRUST-4 names ez.mkProofs, the gate the flake runs. Co-authored-by: noah-emp <noah@emerging-patterns.com>
