What does this PR do?
Adds
@DataDog/serverless-awsas a code owner of the files required to release the plugin:package.jsonsrc/layers.jsonsrc/layers-gov.jsonMotivation
Releasing the plugin requires a code owner approval, and
@DataDog/serverless-onboarding-and-enablementis currently the only owner. The Serverless AWS team can't merge the release PRs (layer catalog updates, version bumps) without help. Both teams now appear on the same CODEOWNERS line for these files, so an approval from either team satisfies the requirement.
Testing Guidelines
None beyond CI. CODEOWNERS takes effect only after the change lands on the default branch, so the new ownership applies to subsequent release PRs.
Additional Notes
src/runtime-catalog.jsonwas part of some earlier layer catalog updates but not recent ones (for example, #755). Add it here if future catalog updates touch it.Types of changes
