Remove Amsterdam gLV validation as a niche-partitioning interaction #926

Description

@realmarcin

Problem

The Amsterdam record currently curates GLV Co-culture Assembly Prediction under ecological_interactions with interaction_type: NICHE_PARTITIONING.

That block is a model-validation step: the cited evidence says the authors grew 36 two-member communities and 11 three- or four-member communities and compared qPCR results with generalized Lotka-Volterra predictions. It does not support spatial, temporal, or substrate partitioning among the ten gut strains.

Fix

Remove the gLV prediction block from ecological_interactions and keep the computational model context in description / engineering_design instead.
