Adversarial review for PR #1124 found that data/structures/other/trappi_protein_complex.yaml cites DOI:10.1078/S0171-9335(04)70009-6 at record level and on the Trs31 component, but the Bet3, Bet5, Trs20, Trs23 and Trs33 component rows and all six yeast TRAPPI graph is part of edges omit that direct primary paper.
Sacher et al. 2000 names the previously described Bet5p, Trs20p, Bet3p, Trs23p and Trs33p TRAPP subunits and reports Trs31p among the additional yeast TRAPP subunits. The GO term is enough for the exact TRAPPI identity, and Kim et al. 2006 supports the later TRAPP I architecture, but the per-subunit rows should also carry the primary subunit-identification evidence already cited by the record.
Add DOI:10.1078/S0171-9335(04)70009-6 evidence to each of the six TRAPPI component rows and to each corresponding graph parthood edge before merging PR #1124.
