Part of CultureBotAI/culturebotai-claw#426. Keep the existing domain document semantics, export exact streaming input receipts, and validate full current inputs before staging an enabled map. Retain chemical maps and label old text coordinates as historical. Validation: 26 focused tests, full input/link verification, and full site render check; no model inference.
Fixes #346. Fixes #347. Addresses CultureBotAI/culturebotai-claw#429 and CultureBotAI/culturebotai-claw#430. Preserve quoted recipe arguments, require the fleet 512-token window, and stage the exact preflight generation. Include discriminating pointer-swap/window tests and a real just argument regression. Preview artifact enablement is left separate.
Enable the pinned BGE common view after full input and artifact validation. Commit the selected immutable generation and pointer, its staged site assets, and regenerated record navigation. Retain chemical coordinates and legacy text artifacts with explicit historical labels. Full-corpus rendering, render-check, every point destination and unchanged specialty artifact hashes were verified. The following canonical governance sync records the final reviewed runtime bytes.
Canonical governance plan/apply/check passed at dbac7ddc8f1351493b90c6dc8850319769fdf620. Add the pinned common runtime and reproducible environment as governed artifacts.
Keep the exact current origin/main pin while the new artifacts are additive. After all ten integration PRs land, CLAW #432 registers the complete fleet; a separate follow-up advances this pin to the already verified canonical revision. No existing governed artifact changes are hidden by this sequencing.
Merge current main and regenerate the record page with shared text-map navigation. Complete ignored-inclusive source bytes match main, and the full 2,939-row semantic JSONL remains byte-identical, so the verified embedding bundle needs no new inference. Render and render-check pass.
Addresses CultureBotAI/culturebotai-claw#436. Link the installed locked runtime and distinguish enabled verified maps from the pending ProteinTraitsMech full build.

The primary text-map navigation opens a verified PaCMAP view of all 2,939 antibiotic records using the fleet's pinned BGE revision, 1,024-dimensional normalized vectors and 512-token window. Morgan/Tanimoto chemical maps retain their bytes, and historical text coordinates remain available with explicit legacy labels.
The common-map validator now rejects symbolic links for the active pointer, generation directory and manifest, and requires the selected generation name to match the canonical manifest identity (CultureBotAI/culturebotai-claw#440). The installed validation/staging runtime is SHA256
9ef7708303150938c8f2c2a81885d9184ed0a7af0a78d9acc88c01224339b5fe, from reviewed canonical candidate16ce0e452af975cdfe4acc181efb6bad4688f5b7. The existing numerical artifact was built with runtime SHA256470a3ee46db65b1ad041ead394588f3b75b53b0fb97bb62e1852827a2e7e2dc6; that build provenance remains unchanged. A fresh full export of all 2,939 prepared records passed inspect, check and generation-bound staging with the new runtime; all three staged files exactly match the installed and previously published bundle. 29 existing focused adapter/publication/recipe tests passed after the update. The runtime commit changes onlyscripts/embedding_pipeline.py, preserves the deployed pin and all generated artifacts, and performs no new model inference, projection or site regeneration.Publication exports fresh complete semantic inputs, validates the exact encoder policy and stages the selected immutable bundle. Pointer swaps, manifest substitutions and stale enabled maps fail before replacing the site. Legacy generation commands stop with directions to the shared locked runtime; safe document previews and the domain document builder remain available. Curation guidance uses the common map, and historical-map checks preserve structure and links without treating old coordinates as current semantic output.

ec37dc8: the complete authoritative QC runner passed, with 520 tests passed and 3 skipped; all 2,939 records passed strict schema validation. Corpus reproduction, raw-data provenance, documentation, chemical-map and generated-site gates also passed. Semantic curation requires an explicit cache-backed map refresh before enabled publication checks pass. Ordinary CI performs no model inference. The integration retains the deployed governance pin
