Combines two related improvements mainly exercised together in the new multigrains test
(
tests/Studies/multigrains/test1_amr/main.cpp):SpatialDiscretization/BoundaryConditionsdeclarations, manualCoupling<PB, PB, ...>type) with factories and a singleusing namespace SlothND.Coefficient(not justVariables) be named and exported to VTK output, for diagnostic/derived quantities computed from the solved variables.
