I design and build software up and down the stack. My interests range from sync engines to game engines to compilers all the way down to embedded & robotics.
I value performance, observability and immediate feedback loops. A human should never have to wait on a computer.
I'm also a student in Berlin, studying informatics, mathematics, and physics at Humboldt University.
I mostly like to program in Rust, Zig, Python & C, though nowadays that matters less and less when you develop agentically.
zmath: An experimental Zig math library targeting correctly rounded elementary functions for f16, f32, f64, and vectors. It also includes complex numbers, quaternions, matrices, linear algebra, and geometry.
zig-interval: An interval arithmetic library for Zig with outward-rounded basic arithmetic, n-dimensional boxes, and a Fourier-Motzkin solver for linear inequalities with interval coefficients.
ztex: A small, fast, experimental LaTeX math renderer in Zig. It parses formulas, lays them out using OpenType math metrics, and renders SVG or raster images with bundled Latin Modern fonts. It is designed to be fast & embeddable while performing visually quite well on plain TeX.
translate-rust: An experimental translator for a subset of Rust. It reads a crate, lowers it through a Rust intermediate representation and Zig AST, and emits a standalone Zig package. Currently tested/works only on small standalone nostd crates.
nogui: An experimental, Linux-focused immediate-mode GUI toolkit for Zig. It combines widgets, typed layout, shaped text, and native services with batched Vulkan rendering.
wayland: An experimental Wayland compositor library and server in Zig. It has a canvas scene graph, Pixman and GLES2 renderers, and headless, nested Wayland, and DRM/KMS backends.
