Remove redeclaration of 'str' in capitalise function.
Fixed variable redeclaration and updated function to return percentage.
Corrected the parameter name in the square function to avoid SyntaxError.
Updated the multiply function to return the product of two numbers.
Fixed the sum function to return the correct sum of two numbers.
Corrected getLastDigit function to accept a parameter and return the last digit of the given number.
Implemented the toPounds function to convert pence to pounds.
Added comments with answers to questions about the pad function in time-format.js.
