Thanks Matthew. This is a certifi-only bump to 2026.10.19 for CVE-2026-111943, and CI is green. Approving.

Upgrades certifi to 2026.10.19, the release that removes the compromised eMudhra intermediate CAs (CVE-2026-111943). certifi ships its own CA bundle, so this remediates the project regardless of its base image.
python/pyproject.toml: addedcertifi>=2026.10.19to thehttpoptional extra next tohttpx(its only parent) as a security pin. Since this is the template, new repos that use thehttpextra inherit the flooruv lockinpython/on Linux (python:3.11-bookworm, linux/amd64, Python 3.11, uv 0.13.5): certifi2026.7.22→2026.10.19certifientry under thehttpextra /requires-dist, and lockfilerevision3 → 5 from the newer uv; no other package versions changedPart of a fleet-wide sweep tracked in CP-49906.
