Added layer masking. This PR is, as you can see, branched off a lot of commits, so go here to read the diff on a stack.
Usage:
1- Draw your mask.
2- Select it.
3- Click the 'convert to mask' button.
To clear the mask from a layer, select the layer and press the button.
