The
md5static lib inutils/CMakeLists.txtwas declared by linked by nothing.md5.cppis already compiled intoutilities, so it was compiled twice. Verified locally with generic build and also withBUILD_PYTHON_MODULE=ON.CI jobs continue to fail due to submodules.
