Simplifies the header icon to a true single-color silhouette (hooked beak, brow, eye all carved as background-colored negative space instead of a second fill color) rather than the earlier duotone head+beak treatment. Drops the now-unused --hawk-head/--hawk-beak/ --hawk-eye/--hawk-glint tokens in favor of the existing --accent/ --paper tokens the rest of the page already uses.
